2. Products & Availability
D10 Party Bags offers curated gift boxes and party gift sets for various occasions including birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other celebrations.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

- Substitute items of equal or greater value if required
- Update product descriptions, images, or pricing without prior notice
While every effort is made to display products accurately, colours and presentation may vary slightly depending on device screens and packaging availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, orders may be cancelled and refunded.
Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout using the available payment methods.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Orders may be cancelled if:
- A product is unavailable
- There is a pricing or technical error
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
D10 Party Bags is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect address details provided at checkout
- Delivery delays due to circumstances outside reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of curated gift sets, returns are only accepted where:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item is supplied
Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
Personalised or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue has been assessed.
7. Age Restrictions
Some gift sets may contain alcohol. By purchasing such items, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Orders may be cancelled if age requirements are not met.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including images, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and logos remains the property of D10 Party Bags and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
